    I posted a picture that I found online of a positive pregnancy test last year. I ended up getting pregnant, so I was the fooled one in the end! Ha!

    Just FYI, April Fool's jokes like this might be a little hurtful to people who are struggling to conceive. And seeing as how you used to be a fertility blogger, you might want to be a little more sensitive to that.

    I'm with Mommy Boots...nothing is more hurtful to an infertile than a "fake" pregnancy announcement...REAL pregnancy announcements hurt enough, joking about it makes it that much worse...
